Kento is only a child when he witnesses a mysterious woman kidnap a young girl, who is then later murdered. Although he informed the police of what he saw, no one had taken him seriously. Fifteen years later, Kento is a police officer and still can't forget what he witnessed as a child. He doesn’t believe the case will ever get solved… until a voice on an abandoned radio also claims to be investigating the case.
